This commitment is underlined by the Company Director, John Sheldrake, who has the overall responsibility for policy formulation, policy implementation and on-going policy development and review.
Sheldrake Brickwork Ltd places health and safety as a high priority in relation to the Organisation’s overall aims. We employ a qualified in-house Health & Safety Advisor along with the services of a Health & Safety Consultant when required.

100% of our employees hold CSCS cards with qualifications relevant to their trade.
Our Contract Managers hold SMSTS qualifications

We regularly provide training courses with the National Construction College, St. John Ambulance, and other training providers, to ensure a fully qualified and competent workforce. We also have links with Harlow College and the Colchester Institute.
